A newly built Bel Air mansion has become the most expensive house ever listed in the US when a press release announced it would set you back an eye-watering £198m ($250m).
The developer, Bruce Makowsky, stated that the “home was curated for the ultimate billionaire who wants the best of everything that exists in life,” and surely one who has exceptionally deep pockets and a lot of friends.
The gigantic 38,000 square foot property features no less than 12 bedrooms, 21 bathrooms, five bars and three kitchens as well as its own moat, four-lane bowling alley and an 85-foot infinity pool fitted with a theater-sized movie screen, if you don’t fancy using the 40 seat James Bond themed cinema inside.
The extras that are included within the property are what really begins to set it apart and give an indication of where the value comes from.
The property comes complete with a 12 car garage including a Bugatti Veyron, a Pagani Huayra, a Rolls-Royce Dawn and a range of other rare vintage classics which are valued at a total of over £23 million.
